Feature Requests

I find it challenging that I cannot create a link to a channel or a deep link to a message within a channel. It would be beneficial if your app allowed me to generate links to specific channels and messages, similar to other networking apps, to easily share interesting content with others.

When I search for something, I find it difficult to understand the results because only a part of the text is displayed. It would be much clearer if the entire text of the search result could be displayed.

I use this app for work and often don't have the opportunity to check my phone. It would be incredibly convenient to have the app available on Apple Watch, allowing me to access its features directly from my wrist.

I find it challenging to keep track of important direct messages in the current setup. It would be beneficial to have a feature that allows me to pin specific DMs to the top for easier access and better organization.

Slack has become an indispensable tool for our internal communication, especially since the pandemic. The channel system enhances collaboration and boosts our efficiency. However, having a calendar with an appointment invitation feature would be a great addition to further streamline our scheduling and coordination efforts.

We use this app for work conversations to stay updated with our constantly flowing information. However, the lack of push notifications has been challenging for colleagues who don't regularly check the app, leading to missed opportunities and critical information. Adding push notifications would greatly enhance the app's performance and ensure we never miss important updates.

I love the application, but I often get confused between different channels. It would be great if I could configure different colors for each channel to easily distinguish them.

I enjoy using stickers to express myself, similar to how it's done in WhatsApp. It would be fantastic to have stickers available, so instead of just saying 'ok', I could send a sticker of Messi giving a thumbs up.

I find it cumbersome to manage multiple Slack tabs after the recent changes. Previously, I could keep my chat tab open on the right while viewing other chats and channels in the middle. It would be beneficial to have an option to retain this side-by-side view, allowing users to choose whether to open chats in a new tab or not. This would streamline my workflow and keep everything within the main Slack app.

I noticed the color scheme for the Slack app on iPad has changed. I would appreciate the ability to customize the color scheme to one that I am more comfortable with, as personalizing the interface would enhance my user experience.
