Feature Requests

I noticed that the copy and paste text feature has been removed in the latest version. This feature was very useful for me to quickly transfer information between different applications. It would be great if you could bring back this functionality to enhance user experience.

I find it challenging to keep track of important messages that I want to revisit later. It would be really helpful if there was an option to mark messages as unread, so they can appear in the unread section again. This would make it easier to remember tasks or conversations that require follow-up.

I would like more notification sounds for iPhone, especially longer sounds like 'BOOP'. I use two companies, so I want to set different sounds for each. Android has more sounds, but I wonder why iPhone has fewer.

I find the current toolbar a bit complex and would appreciate a more simplified version. Specifically, when searching for a message within a channel, it would be beneficial if the search bar offered the option to search for keywords either within the channel or across all of Slack. This enhancement would improve usability and efficiency.

The current search tool in Slack is not meeting my needs. It would be beneficial to have a more robust and efficient search tool that can quickly find messages, files, and other content within Slack channels and direct messages.

I think it would be great if you could add read receipts to your service. This feature would allow me to know when my messages have been read by the recipient, providing better communication transparency.

I find it inconvenient to open Safari every time I need to generate a Send Mail address. It would be much more efficient if this functionality could be integrated directly into the Slack iPad version, allowing me to perform this task without leaving the app.

I am unable to use Slack on older Mac versions, even after updates. It would be helpful if you could make it accessible via the web for those with older computers.

I love using your app for work, but I find it limiting that I can only use emojis. It would be fantastic if I could use my iPhone stickers within the app to express myself better and add a personal touch to my messages.

I find the current file tab unnecessary and would greatly prefer a 'Later' tab instead. This feature would allow me to organize and prioritize tasks or files that I intend to address at a later time, enhancing my workflow efficiency.
